Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Grandview Records. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payment

All studio sessions and services must be booked in advance. Payment is due prior to or at the start of the session unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session fee. Sessions are non-refundable once they have begun.

Late arrivals do not extend session time.

Studio Sessions

Booked session time includes setup, soundcheck, recording, and breakdown. Use of the in-house equipment, including the staged 4-piece drum kit, is included unless otherwise specified. Custom setups, personal equipment, or drum changes may require additional time or cost and should be discussed prior to the session.

Mixing & Mastering

Mixing and mastering services are non-refundable once work has started. Services are limited to the agreed scope, including track count and revision limits. Additional revisions or project changes may require additional fees.

Creative Responsibility

Grandview Records is not responsible for artistic decisions, performance quality, or creative outcomes. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are prepared for their session.

File Delivery & Storage

Final files will be delivered digitally unless otherwise arranged. Session files may be archived for a limited time but are not guaranteed to be stored indefinitely. Clients are responsible for backing up their files.

Studio Conduct

Clients are expected to treat the studio, equipment, and staff with respect. Any damage caused by negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.

Limitation of Liability

Grandview Records is not liable for loss of data, missed creative expectations, or third-party platform issues once files have been delivered.
