Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling involved in studio services, all bookings at Grandview Records are non-refundable once the session has begun.

 

Studio Sessions

• Session fees are non-refundable after the scheduled start time

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session fee

Late arrivals will not extend session time.

 

Mixing & Mastering Services

• Mixing and mastering fees are non-refundable once work has started

• One revision round is included (if applicable)

• Additional revisions or scope changes may require additional cost

 

Project Scope

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on:

• Artistic preference

• Performance quality

• Arrangement or songwriting decisions

• Requests outside the agreed scope of the service

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of technical failure or studio-related issues that prevent service delivery, Grandview Records will work with the client to reschedule or provide an appropriate solution.
